All Saints Day Trunk or Treat Event
Attention all parish children… it’s almost All Saints Day and we have some fun brewing for you!
On November 1 at 5 pm please join us for an All Saints Day trunk and treat event in the South Park of the church. Bring your own bag for the treats and don’t forget to dress as a Saint! Those of you who dress as a Saint will get to join in on the procession with Fr. Eugene as he starts mass at 6 pm. There will be NO scary outfits allowed… so dress as a Saint! Remind your parents they can participate also by decorating and displaying a Saint in the trunk of their vehicle while passing out candy! They would need to RSVP on the sign up sheet. All Saints Day Trunk and Treat Event Nov. 1st
St. Edward Faith Formation is looking for parishioners to participate in our All Saints Day Trunk and Treat event on Nov. 1st at 5 pm in the south parking lot of the church. We would like to show the students how the Catholic faith celebrates All Saints Day by decorating and displaying signs of a Patron Saint in the trunk of your own vehicle. All you would need to do is decorate your trunk with a Saint theme, explained in a SIMPLE manner what the Saint did or who they are to the kids as they stop by your trunk and hand out a treat. If you don’t have a vehicle and you want to participate, we can get you a table to decorate!
If you are interested, please sign up on the sheet located at the entrances of the church or at the parent table in the family center. We have a list of Saints you can choose from if needed.
